INTERNATIONAL TRADE SERVICES

International Trade Services for Global Business

TradeFara provides international trade services for companies buying, selling and moving products across borders. From finding a supplier or foreign buyer to coordinating freight, customs and payment arrangements, we bring the required commercial parties and specialist providers into one structured process.

Based in Switzerland. Coordinating global trade through selected partners worldwide.

Choose the Right International Trade Service

Some clients come to TradeFara with a product they need to source. Others manufacture a competitive product and want to enter international markets. A third group already has both the buyer and supplier but needs someone to coordinate the transaction.

Our trade services are organised around these different starting points. Choose the service that most closely matches your current requirement.

Source Products and Suppliers

Find a Suitable Product, Manufacturer or Supplier

TradeFara helps companies identify products, manufacturers and suppliers according to a defined commercial requirement.

We begin with the information provided by the buyer, including:

  • Product specifications
  • Required quantity
  • Target price or commercial range
  • Preferred production region
  • Quality and certification requirements
  • Packaging or private-label needs
  • Intended destination
  • Required delivery schedule

TradeFara can search across international markets, compare available suppliers and coordinate samples, quotations, inspections or further verification where required.

We are not a public supplier directory. Each assignment is based on the client’s actual sourcing requirement.

Best suited to: Buyers, importers, distributors and companies looking for new or alternative suppliers.

Sell Products Worldwide

Find Buyers, Distributors and Suitable Export Markets

TradeFara supports manufacturers and product owners that want to develop export opportunities.

The assignment can begin with market analysis to determine where a product may be commercially relevant. We then identify potential buyers, distributors, importers or other appropriate sales partners.

Depending on the product and market, our support may include:

  • Reviewing the commercial offer
  • Comparing potential international markets
  • Identifying suitable buyer profiles
  • Searching for distributors or importers
  • Coordinating introductions and negotiation
  • Supporting product and pricing presentations
  • Structuring the route to market
  • Following discussions toward a transaction

TradeFara does not simply publish a product in a marketplace. We work from a defined commercial mandate and assess the most appropriate route for the product.

Best suited to: Manufacturers, exporters, brands and companies with a competitive product they want to sell internationally.

Coordinate an International Transaction

One Commercial Contact Across the Trade Process

When the buyer, supplier or product is already known, the challenge is often execution.

An international transaction can involve contracts, product requirements, inspections, insurance, financial institutions, freight providers and customs specialists. TradeFara acts as the central commercial coordinator between these parties.

Our service may include:

  • Reviewing the parties and transaction requirements

  • Clarifying responsibilities and milestones

  • Coordinating commercial documentation

  • Arranging samples or independent inspections

  • Connecting freight and customs providers

  • Following production and shipment milestones

  • Maintaining communication through delivery

Each specialist remains responsible for its own professional work. TradeFara maintains the overview so that the client is not left managing several disconnected relationships.

Best suited to: Companies that already have a buyer, supplier or active commercial opportunity and need structured execution.

Coordinate Logistics and Customs

Freight, Documentation and Border Coordination

Moving goods across borders requires more than booking transportation. The cargo, route, documentation, customs requirements and delivery schedule must be aligned.

TradeFara can coordinate selected logistics partners according to the origin, destination, cargo and preferred transport method.

The assignment may cover:

  • Air, sea, road or multimodal freight

  • Carrier and freight forwarder enquiries

  • Collection and delivery arrangements

  • Warehouse and consolidation requirements

  • Commercial and shipping documentation

  • Customs broker coordination

  • Shipment monitoring

  • Communication between suppliers and logistics providers

TradeFara is not a carrier, freight forwarder or customs broker. We coordinate suitable providers and maintain the commercial information flow between them.

Best suited to: Importers, exporters and commercial parties that need transport and customs support for a specific shipment.

Depending on the assignment, we may search for a supplier, buyer, distributor, logistics provider, inspector, customs specialist or financial partner.

Responsibilities, commercial terms, documents and milestones are coordinated between the involved parties.

tradefara-step-05

Follow the Agreed Process

TradeFara maintains communication and follows the defined milestones through the agreed stage of the transaction.

Trade in Services and Trade in Goods

International trade is not limited to physical products. Trade in services includes activities delivered across borders, such as business services, financial services, logistics, consulting, telecommunication and computer and information services.

In international policy, the World Trade Organization distinguishes between trade in goods and global trade in services. The WTO framework includes the General Agreement on Trade in Services, commonly known as GATS. It describes different ways a service can be supplied internationally, sometimes referred to as a mode of supply.

Trade agreements may also address tariffs and trade, market access, national commitments and the treatment of foreign providers. The General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, known as GATT, primarily concerns goods, while GATS concerns services trade. Both developed through multilateral negotiation, including the Uruguay Round.

TradeFara does not advise governments, negotiate a treaty or interpret WTO commitments. Our role is practical and commercial: coordinating individual transactions, suppliers, buyers and specialist providers.

This distinction matters because a company may require both goods and services within the same assignment. A product transaction can also involve freight, insurance, banking, inspection, technical know-how and digital communication.

Supporting Business Across Borders

Buyers and Importers

TradeFara helps buyers identify suppliers, structure requirements and coordinate the steps needed to move products across borders.

Manufacturers and Exporters

Manufacturers can use our trade support to evaluate markets, identify buyers and establish a practical export route.

Distributors

A distributor may require new products, additional supply capacity or support when entering a new territory.

Companies with an Active Transaction

When a commercial agreement already exists, TradeFara can coordinate the parties and service providers required to move it forward.

Specialist Providers

Freight companies, inspectors, insurers, banks and other professional partners may participate in an assignment according to the client’s needs.

Why Use a Central Trade Coordinator?

A company can contact every supplier and provider independently. However, complex transactions can become difficult to manage when information is spread across several organisations.

A central coordinator can help:

  • Maintain one commercial overview

  • Reduce contradictory instructions

  • Clarify responsibilities

  • Connect documents with physical milestones

  • Keep buyers and suppliers informed

  • Bring in specialists only when required

  • Identify unresolved issues before execution

TradeFara does not replace the contracting parties or their professional advisers. We provide commercial coordination within an agreed scope.
