Based in Switzerland. Coordinating global trade through selected partners worldwide.
HOW IT WORKS
A Structured Agricultural Product Sourcing Process
Good procurement starts before a supplier receives the first enquiry. A vague request often produces offers that cannot be compared, while a precise specification gives buyers and suppliers a stronger basis for negotiation.
Request
Tell us what you want to buy, sell or coordinate—including the product, quantity, markets, destination and timing.
Match
We identify suitable products, suppliers, buyers, distributors or local partners across relevant international markets.
Verify
We review the parties, product requirements and available documents and coordinate samples, inspections or quality checks where required.
Structure
TradeFara coordinates offers, negotiations, contractual requirements, payment arrangements, insurance, freight and customs specialists.
Execute
We monitor the agreed milestones from order or production through shipment and delivery and remain your central point of coordination.

Coordinate a Trade Route

The more precise the initial information, the faster we can assess whether a realistic trade route exists.

- Country of origin
- Preferred destination or target markets
- Required certifications
- Packaging and labelling requirements
- Target price or pricing basis
- Incoterm

- Information about existing suppliers, buyers or partners
Please do not send confidential personal information or commercially sensitive documents unless they are necessary and you are authorised to provide them.
How TradeFara assesses a request
Commercial fit
We examine whether the requested quantity, specifications, target price and delivery expectations are commercially realistic.
Market availability
We consider suitable sourcing or sales markets and assess whether potentially relevant suppliers, buyers or distributors can be identified.
Transaction readiness
We review whether the information and documents required to approach potential counterparties are available.
Risk and complexity
We consider factors such as origin, sanctions, payment risk, logistics, customs requirements, certifications and product-specific regulations.
Scope of coordination
If the opportunity is suitable, we define which parties and specialists are required and establish the proposed scope, responsibilities and commercial terms.
Not every submitted request can be accepted. TradeFara prioritises sufficiently defined and commercially realistic opportunities.
Independent specialists where required
International transactions often require expertise from several parties. Depending on the transaction, TradeFara may coordinate selected:
- Product and sourcing specialists
- Local trade partners
- Inspection companies
- Testing laboratories
- Freight forwarders
- Customs specialists
- Insurance providers
- Banks and regulated payment providers
- Legal and contractual advisers
These specialists remain responsible for the professional services they provide under their respective agreements.
Clear roles throughout the transaction
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, TradeFara acts as an independent sourcing, introduction or trade coordination partner.
TradeFara is not automatically the buyer, seller, manufacturer, importer, exporter, carrier, customs broker, inspection body, insurer, bank or legal adviser.
The commercial and legal responsibilities of each participant are defined before the relevant transaction proceeds.
An introduction or initial assessment does not guarantee product availability, financing, regulatory approval, successful delivery or completion of a transaction.
Verification before commitment
International trade relies on reliable information and authentic documents. Depending on the transaction, verification may include:
- Company and registration checks
- Supplier or buyer identity checks
- Review of available product documentation
- Certification checks
- Country-of-origin documentation
- Sample coordination
- Factory or warehouse inspections
- Pre-shipment inspections
- Laboratory or quality testing
- Bank-detail confirmation
- Sanctions and restricted-party screening
Verification reduces risk but does not eliminate it completely. Final commercial decisions remain with the contracting parties.
